SEOquake provides a range of SEO parameters for analyzing pages, domains, backlinks, and social signals, all without leaving the page.

These parameters come from several data sources, including SEOquake’s own page data, Semrush, and Pinterest. Depending on the parameter, you may find it in SEObar or Quick View, or in the Page Info, Links, Compare, or Semrush panels in Full Report.
Types of SEO Parameters
SEOquake parameters fall into two categories:
- Parameter values: Metrics that provide a numerical value, such as Semrush Rank, SE Traffic, Traffic Cost, Backlinks, Domain Backlinks, or Pinterest Pin Count
- Parameter links: Clickable links that redirect you to external tools or reports, like Whois Lookup, Page Source, or Semrush reports when available

Parameters in SEObar
SEObar can display the nine parameters described below. Choose what appears under Settings > SEObar > Parameters.
These choices affect SEObar only. Use the main Parameters tab to choose columns for Internal Links, External Links, and Compare.
Breakdown of SEOquake Parameters
SEOquake’s parameters cover both the page you’re viewing and the site as a whole, with metrics for content, traffic, backlinks, and more.
Page-Level Metrics (Specific to a Single URL)
- Pinterest Pin Count: The estimated number of Pinterest pins for the page
- Page Source: Direct link to view the page’s source code
Domain-Level Metrics (Applies to the Entire Website)
- Semrush Rank: A proprietary metric that scores domains based on estimated organic monthly traffic. A lower number is better.
- SE Traffic: Estimated monthly organic traffic from Semrush data
- Traffic Cost: Estimated PPC-equivalent value of the organic traffic
- Whois Lookup: Domain registration and ownership details
Backlink Metrics (Measures Incoming Links to a Page or Domain)
- Backlinks: Backlink data from Semrush for a specific page or domain
- Subdomain Backlinks: Backlink data for tracked subdomains
- Domain Backlinks: Backlink data for the root domain
Some SEOquake screens may label Domain Backlinks as “Root Domain Backlinks” or “Root Links.” These labels refer to backlinks pointing to the root domain.
Checking the Source of a Parameter
Some parameter values open their source or a related report:
- Whois opens a domain lookup
- Page Source opens the page’s source code
- Loaded Semrush metrics open the matching report on Semrush
Pinterest Pin Count displays a value but does not open a separate source report.
In the Links report, basic link data (URL, anchor text, follow status, HTTP status) appears immediately when you open the report. Other metric values load on request — see the SEOquake Usage guide for instructions on loading them.
If a cell shows “n/a,” SEOquake didn’t get a value for that URL or domain.
With SEOquake, you can quickly analyze key SEO metrics and make data-driven decisions — no manual research required. Download SEOquake today.
